Shipping & Delivery
Even though we are a website, and we function 24x7, recipient business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 hours Monday to Friday. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of placement of the order with our preferred carriers. Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
If your tracking details show “Delivered” but you have not received it, we request you to contact us immediately within 24 hours of the order being marked delivered. Beyond that, the courier partner is not liable to investigate.

Returns & Replacements
Wellnessia Lifesciences takes pride in making sure the customer gets what he/she sees and sees what he/she expects. Every product of ours is comprehensively tested and tried. On grounds of production deformities, like expired and wrong product delivered, we will take the product back without any questions asked.
We investigate returns and refund requests if and only if they are supported by unboxing videos shot from scratch where you receive shrink-wrapped jars in our corrugated boxes. This ensures a transparent practice and helps us to provide a better resolution.
We do not take responsibility for refunds if they are of this nature:
- Customer faces allergic reactions.
- Wrong address.
- Inability to comprehend the product.
- Placed the wrong product order.
- The need for the product is no longer there.
We are highly transparent about our practices, ingredients, and products. We ensure all customer queries are resolved concerning our product.
If you wish to replace our sealed product with another variant of the same value, there will be an additional charge of Rs.200 for scheduling a one-time pick-up from your address.
Please note that only a part of the order cannot be exchanged. In case of refunds please allow 10-12 working days for the entire process to be completed.
Cancellation
Even though we do not have any diplomacy over orders placed on our website by visitors, we hold the eventual authority over fulfilling them. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if further information is needed to obtain your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the canceled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
The customer may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once an order is shipped, it is not under our control to cancel it.

We will not take a single rupee more than the final invoice amount from your banking account. If you find extra charges taken from you on transactions from us, feel free to contact us or your bankers.
Our products are priced according to the product value, expenses, and costs. The prices in your final invoice include the cost of packaging and delivering the product to you in optimum condition, inclusive of the GST applicable. For the breakdown of the taxable amount and GST applied, please check the invoice of your order.
We might run promotions and offers on one or multiple products at different times. The product price is stagnant and promotional discounts and bundle offers may be provided if and when deemed appropriate and necessary. We are at the discretion to discontinue or change a specific promotion or offer when we deem it appropriate.
Updating Account Information
User accounts and systems are managed internally by the system, and administered by us. If a user registers himself/herself via email, that email ID is an indefinite identifier for our system. It means the user cannot change his/her email ID for the registered user. If the user has to change his email address, he has to contact us via email and make a requisition. All the other account-related information can be altered once the user logs into his/her account.
Default dispatch is made to the address provided for the convenience of yourself and us and all the parties in between, the user is expected to provide a comprehensive postal address filled with House Number, Apartment Name (if any), Street name (if any), locality and Pin Code.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-7 days for your order to arrive.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
YES, you will receive the AWB number within 24 hours once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of an AWB number. If you still face an issue in tracking your orders, feel free to call or WhatsApp us at 7670087001.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might apply to shipping situations.
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
